I am writing to formally file a claim regarding the recent shipment of envelopes we received. Upon inspection, we noticed a noticeable stain on the envelopes. After careful evaluation, it is evident that this issue is the result of a printing defect rather than any damage caused during transportation.
The nature and positioning of the marks suggest they occurred during the production process. Therefore, I kindly request that you review this matter and take appropriate responsibility for the issue. I will only be able to use 38 of the envelopes.
